The origin
Terry Sisco spent his career in fine jewelry, one of the most behaviorally demanding sales environments in retail. Margins are thin, ticket values are high, and the difference between a top performer and an average one can run into millions of dollars per location per year.
Over those decades, Terry conducted thousands of behavioral assessments using DISC and Driving Forces methodology, and he did something most assessors don't. He tracked the results. He matched the assessments against actual sales performance, year over year, store over store, person over person.
That data became the foundation of Performance Intelligence™.

In 2025, Terry published Finding Gems, the book that codified the methodology into a system any organization could apply. The book lays out the five steps of Performance Intelligence and the research behind it.

The platform exists for one reason: to make the methodology accessible to organizations that don't have Terry on retainer. Performance Intelligence used to require a consultant. Now it runs as software.
